SHIPPING INFORMATION

What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Once you place your order, we ship immediately to your shipping address. The shipping fee is calculated in the checkout page
How long will it take before my item is fixed?
We only ship quality products and ensure our products pass through quality control before shipping. If by error you received a damaged product, you can return it and we will exchange it for a quality one.
Do you ship Internationally?
No we don't currently ship internationally
How can I track my order?
You will receive a mail immediately your order is processed and you will be notified beas soon as it is ready to ship. You can also visit the order tracking page

ORDER AND RETURNS

I have changed my mind. Can I still cancel order?
Should you change your mind, ensure it is done before the item is shipped. Once it is shipped, it will be delivered to you.
How can I return an item?
Once you place a call to us and we have confirmed your iytem as eligible for return, you can return it to our head office.
Do I get a refund?
Yes, you get a refund of your item once we have confirmed it as eligible for retun and if it isn't damaged by you.
What is the return notice period?
The return notice period is within 7 days of receiving the delivery of your order.
